Emerald Operational Update: February 2025 to July 2025

Emerald has deprioritized its operational pursuit of biologically generated green energy, specifically Bio-H2 and RNG, following the recent election. We have clearly and consistently shown that shallow coal-bed methane wells can sustainably produce both green fuels.

Since our last update, Emerald has identified and repaired additional damage to our wellheads and pipelines. Grassfires in September 2024 caused the damage. We are also working on generating electricity for local use, especially as natural gas prices remain low at under $2.50 per mcf.

Over the past three months, our gas-powered electrical generation systems have achieved an average of over 97% online runtime.
